Hi, I’m Ula — a freelance UX/UI Designer creating user-centered digital experiences from concept to implementation.
I manage the full design process: conducting UX research, defining user needs, designing user flows and interfaces, and designing and implementing responsive websites. I combine strategic UX thinking with strong visual design skills to create products that are intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent.
With a background in graphic design and IT technical support, I bring both creativity and technical understanding into my work. I enjoy bridging the gap between technical and non-technical perspectives, helping clients and stakeholders better understand complex digital concepts and design decisions.
My work includes UX research, UX/UI design, UX writing, information architecture, and WordPress website implementation. I collaborate closely with clients to transform complex ideas into meaningful digital experiences that balance aesthetics, usability, and business goals.
Outside of design, I recharge through nature, photography, and singing in a choir.
